Shipping policy
All packages are aimed to be shipped out within 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS, which excludes weekends, after receiving payment, and are shipped using USPS FIRST-CLASS MAIL that includes a tracking number.
Demure Essentials is not responsible for any lost packages. After the package has been shipped, it is out of our hands, and you will have to contact your local USPS office.
